If you want to take the IMAGE instrument online, you need to contact a qualified IMAGE Life Coach who can oder the evaluation for you.

If you are not working with a qualified IMAGE Life Coach, contact Life Discovery by e-mailing LDI@ldinteractive.com. When you email us, please be sure to give us a phone number where you can be reached and times it is good for us to make phone contact with you.

After notifying Life Discovery of your desire to take IMAGE, someone will contact you to make the necessary arrangements. They will outline the process of how you will take IMAGE online, how you will receive your results, and explain how feedback of the results will be given. As soon as you have completed IMAGE Online and Life Discovery has notification, a qualified Life Coach will contact you to set the telephone feedback appointment. The feedback appointment will take about an hour. During this time your results will be explained and the Life Coach will help you to discover how to use this in your life planning. You will also learn of other resources to help you make use of the information provided you. The fee for this service is $60 (US).

To apply to become a qualified IMAGE Life Coach and to register for the IMAGE Life Coach Online Workshop, click onLIFE COACH to view a form that you can print out and mail to Life Discovery. If you do not have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® click on: 

 

If you have registered for the the IMAGE Life Coach Online Workshop click on ONLINE WORKSHOP to log-in. There is a direct link to the workshop login on the Home page. 

If you are a qualified Life Coach and have completed the IMAGE Life Coach Online Workshop, click on ACCOUNT SETUP and follow the instructions to set up your IMAGE Online account. 

To access your account after setting it up, click on COUNSELOR LOGIN. There is a direct link to the counselor site on the Home page.
