For over two decades, tens of thousands of people have taken IMAGE utilizing a booklet, a scoresheet and a pencil. Now you can discover your
uniqueness through the IMAGE process online. Upon notification of your order, we will e-mail you with instructions on how to take IMAGE online and how
to print out a report of your results including the IMAGE Career Compatibility Profile (ICCP). Both IMAGE and ICCP are personal development tools that
require personal feedback from an individual qualified to administer and interpret the results. In order to use them effectively and responsibly we
recommend you be working closely with a trained IMAGE Life Coach. If you are not working with a trained IMAGE Life Coach,
please e-mail TakeIMAGE@ldinteractive.com and inform us that you wish to take IMAGE online but do not
have access to an IMAGE Life Coach.

Standard IMAGE Questionnaire | Cost:$5 |
The Standard IMAGE Questionnaire is divided into two sections. The first section contains 70 questions that examine behavioral traits associated
with the seven intrinsic motivations. The second section contains 21 questions that contrast one motivation with another in order to understand the
interplay of motivations within you. Answers to the questions are recorded on a separate scoreform. Once this is completed, the scoreform, the
questionnaire and your assessment fee are then mailed to Life Discovery for processing.

schedule. The IMAGE Suite software enables you to purchase, print, administer, and score the IMAGE instruments. Plus, you can print your own
interpretive reports to use with your clients.
