The IMAGE Career Compatibility Profile (ICCP) is a career assessment tool developed by Life Discovery, Inc. to help you discover whether you would be motivationally satisfied in particular career areas. ICCP uses the data output from Life Discovery's IMAGE questionnaire to produce a complete analysis that correlates 183 career and occupation choices with your motivational makeup. It also indicates how strongly you would be motivated in each occupation in comparison with other people. A summary highlights occupational areas most compatible with your motivational makeup. Be aware, however, that this evaluation does not suggest that you are trained or prepared to enter any of these occupations at this time. As with any evaluation, this assessment should be used as one component of the career evaluation process, not as the only assessment tool.

As a first step in the ICCP process, you will complete the IMAGE questionnaire. This is a comprehensive evaluation to help you discover the pattern of the seven intrinsic motivations at work within you. This assessment has been used by thousands to identify the unique mix of these motivations that guides the way they relate with others. Included is a computerized analysis and scoring profile and an explanation of the motivations. If you have already completed the IMAGE questionnaire prior to this, the results you obtained at that time can be used for your ICCP now.
