For over two decades, IMAGE was available only in a conventional
"paper-and-pencil" form. For the individual or assessment administrator who
still has a need for this approach, IMAGE can be ordered in two different
"paper-and-pencil" versions.
The Standard IMAGE Questionnaire is divided into two
sections. The first section contains 70 questions that examine traits associated
with the seven intrinsic motivations. The second section contains 21 questions
that contrast one motivation with another in order to understand the interplay
of motivations within you. Answers to the questions are recorded on a separate
scoreform. Once this is completed, the scoreform, the questionnaire and your
assessment fee are then mailed to Life Discovery for processing. |

Your IMAGE scoreform will be evaluated through a computer-assisted
analysis and scoring profile of the intrinsic motivations as they relate to your
life. You will also receive the comprehensive IMAGE Career Compatibility Profile (ICCP).
Both IMAGE and ICCP are personal development tools that require personal
feedback from an individual qualified to administer and interpret the results.
Once your questionnaire has been analyzed, a qualified Life Coach will contact
you to set up a telephone feedback appointment. You will
then be mailed your IMAGE Report of Results prior to
this call. Your report will be comprised of a complete and comprehensive
evaluation that will also include detailed descriptions of the seven intrinsic
motivations as taken from the publication Discover Your
Uniqueness and Value!, copyright © 1991-2002 Bill Millard.
The
feedback appointment will take about an hour. During this time your results will
be explained and the Life Coach will help you to discover how to use this in
your life planning. You will also learn of other
resources to help you make use of the information provided you.
The fee

The IMAGE Self-Scoring Inventory provides you with a
self-scoring tool that will help you discover that you have a unique mix of the seven key motivations working within you
that strongly influences the way you relate to others in life’s various
relationships. Your packet will include the publication Understanding Your Intrinsic Motivations. This will help you
understand and process your results which can then be used to 1) better understand yourself, 2) plan for your
life, 3) improve relationship skills, 4) evaluate career decisions, and 5) guide
you more effectively in volunteer service.
The fee for this packet is $20 (US).
